This is more of a customer support review than a watch review. Unfortunately, the watch I received didn’t work upon arrival, possibly due to damage during shipping. However, this gave me the chance to test the customer support service, and I can only give them compliments. The issue was resolved quickly and smoothly, so I never felt any inconvenience throughout the process. As for the watch itself, defects can happen with any manufacturer — no exceptions. My other Sea-Gull watches have been running perfectly for years.

The watch is beautiful. Great design. Punches above its weight. I do wish this watch comes with a black or rose gold clasp instead of stainless steel. It does not match with the watch.
