Sea-Gull currently operates only two official websites: our China mainland website (https://www.seagullwatch.com/) and our international sales website (https://seagullwatchofficial.com/). These two websites are interlinked in the footer section of each page. Any other websites are not directly supervised by Sea-Gull, and we cannot guarantee the authenticity of watches purchased from them. Additionally, other websites cannot prove any relationship with the official Chinese website seagullwatch.com, which is why we are the only official website overseas.
We offer Sea-Gull mechanical watches, both manual winding and automatic winding. The types of watches we offer include Diving, Military, Chronograph, Flywheel, Moon Phase, Tourbillon and so on. In addition, we offer customized services for bulk orders and OEM options.
In addition to watches, we offer wholesale services for Sea-Gull movements, watch customization, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services. We also provide repair and maintenance support to ensure the longevity and performance of your Sea-Gull watch.
Order & Shipping
We can ship watches to any country or region listed in the address field on the checkout page. If your country or region appears there, we offer shipping to that destination. Shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
The delivery time for your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 5 business days after your purchase. Typically, it takes between 7-15 business days for standard shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
We accept PayPal and bank cards (including debit and credit cards).
Policy Issues
Our Returns & Refunds policy allows you to return unworn and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page or email us at global@seagullwatch.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. For watches without issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For defective or damaged watches, we will determine the situation and may cover the shipping costs and taxes at our discretion.
Yes, the warranty duration is specified in the product details of each watch.
If you experience any issues with your watch after purchase, please take a video or photos of the problem and send them to global@seagullwatch.com. We will provide further guidance on how to resolve the issue.
