This is a follow up review from the 1 star one previously posted . After getting in contact with customer support i received all my items in perfect condition. The mistake happened due to local USA shipping negligence. Seagull provided superb customer support and solutions to my situation. I wanted to buy something unique. This is an established brand with some history as well. The watch came fairly quickly, it came with some tools which were useful to adjust the bracelet right away and start wearing the watch. I have a 17 cm wrist and the watch size is perfect for my preference. The fit and finish is perfect. The watch also comes with an extra band. Very unique design of the dial with the map of Antarctica and it commemorates the Chinese expedition of 1984. Looking forward to enjoying this watch proudly made in China.
